Abstract: This paper focusing on the issue of farmers’ breach of contract in the based on the theory of development finance provides a new micro-credit it pattern which is based on the theory of the development of financial. Dynamic game model analysis showed that under the guidance of the theory of the development of financial we can solve the problem of Farmers’ Moral Risk. At last we make recommendations for micro-credit in China with Government policies.
